Once every week for 48 weeks of the year
we will visit your
property. We will
check the general condition of the property, security and maintenance.
This includes a key holding service in case
emergency access is needed to your apartment. The retainer will allow
us to look after your property in every aspect but will not include the
weekly checks.

We are pleased to shop for and deliver to your apartment a
selection of starter
items that will help your or your guests' holiday get off to an easy
start.

Meet you or your guests on arrival at your premises. To
assist with any queries or just let them into the apartment. Collect
the keys on departure if required.

Cleaning Including Laundry
|
Mop and dust apartment to assure it is clean for your next
visitors. Collection, laundry and return of bedding, towels and tea
towels.
Excess laundry - it may be necessary from time to time to leave excess
laundry for us to deal with. It is expected that a one bedroom
apartment will generate 5kg of laundry and larger apartments up to
10kg. If there is a need for more laundry than this we will apply an
excess of £1 per kg.

|
If a light clean is all that is needed then deduct 20% from

Pre-Visit
Dusting
|
If
the apartment is left for a couple of weeks they do get very dusty. If
required we can organise a pre-visit dusting . This is 50% of the
Cleaning and Laundry Price

If laundry is all that is needed then please deduct 20% from

Cleaning Deep
|
From time to time it will be necessary to deep clean your
apartment i.e. at the beginning or end of the season or when the
builders finish with any snagging work. This entails much more time
then the general clean. We therefore ask for 3 times the price Cleaning
& Laundry.

Bill Payments
|
Electricity & Water monthly payments. It is normal for
your development Management Company to pay these bills for you.
However, if this is not happening then we will be happy to assist.
Annual Community Tax also needs paying each April
